We are honored to support parents in their awesome responsibility to raise their kids in knowledge and love of the Lord. We love to help kids grow in discovery of who they are in Christ. We embrace and cherish our children as the church of today, not just of the future.

We believe every child deserves to be loved and to know the love of Christ. – LOVE

We believe that Christ desires a personal relationship with every child. – FAITH

We are committed to partnering with families to help children become lifelong followers of Christ. – NURTURE

These beliefs and commitment are lived out by providing the following opportunities for children:

Nursery Care

Nursery Care is provided during our Sunday morning worship service for infants through 2 years of age.

Children’s Church

Children’s Church is offered for children ages preschool – 3rd grade, midway through the 10am  Sunday service. Children will typically be dismissed before the sermon starts.

Wednesday Night Kid’s Club

Kids Club runs from Sept 12 through May 8th and is for children in kindergarten through 5th grades, 6:30-8:00pm. Our time includes, ice breaker games and big group games, worship, a large group talk, small groups, crafts, snack and bible memorization. Once a month, students are rewarded for attendance, bringing friends and memorizing Scripture by going to our “store” where they can spend points they’ve earned on various prizes. Please check out our calendar because we also have some family fun events and service events throughout the year for the whole family. We ask that all kids would be registered by a parent/guardian when they arrive for the first time—there will be a welcome table ready to serve you near the main doors.

Homework Club & Wilson Elementary Partnership

Every Tuesday after school 3:30pm – 5pm, a group of students from Wilson Elementary are picked up and brought to our church for about an hour and a half. They start with a snack time after their long day of school, then they go into time to work on homework with tutors eager to give them one on one attention, and they usually have time to enjoy a group game to close. We are also partnering with Wilson Elementary to host an all day Kindness Retreat for their students and organizing summer programs for our neighbors over at Sunny Acres and Lincoln Estates. Please contact our senior pastor, Steve Thompson, if you are interested in volunteering your time to serve or if you have some supplies that you’d like to donate towards these programs.

All of our leaders and staff serving in Children’s Ministry are background checked and are committed to keeping your children safe as they experience God’s love, develop their faith and become lifelong followers of Christ.
